<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a master file only to a necessary user with reduced communication traffic volume, and allow establishing a business model for charging and collecting cost of the distribution. SOLUTION: A center master file group 29 is updated all the time so as to become the latest state contents and controlled integrally. A master distributing source program 21 provides information indicating the generation of the update to a terminal 10 of a user joining a distribution service at the point when update is generated in a master file constituting the center master file group 29. Based on the request from the user, data indicating an updated master file being needed at the terminal 10 is distributed, and information is registered in a user control file 28 so as to automatically charge a service charge for the distribution. The terminal 10 updates a self master file group 19 by the data indicating the updated master file which is distributed from a master distribution source program 21.</p> |
