CABLE-RETAINING STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable-retaining structure for a connector, capable of constructing the contact of the connector and a pressure contact part of a cable in a small space and easily clamping the cable on the connector with a single means. SOLUTION: The cable 6 is inserted through a nut 5 and a second cable insert through part 4A of a second insulator 4 and is inserted in a first cable insert through part 3A and a cable-retaining part 3B of a first insulator 3. A positioning pin 3E of the first insulator 3 is fitted in a positioning hole 4B of the second insulator 4 under this condition. Then, both the insulators 3, 4 are inserted into a recess 1A of a body part 1. A positioning pin 1B of the body part 1 is fitted in a positioning hole 3D of the first insulator 3 at this time. Fastening an internal thread 5A of the nut 5 on an external thread 1D of the body part 1 makes each contact 2 to be pressed and contacted to each cable 6.
