PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible circuit device and a communication device which are simply structured so as to be easily assembled, handled, and kept very reliable. SOLUTION: A resin member 30 is arranged between a permanent magnet 9 and a resistive element R, and between the magnet 9 and a matching capacitive element C3. Device containing recesses 33 and 34 are provided to the under surface of the resin member 30 to contain the resistive element R and the matching capacitive element C3 respectively. Pressure absorbing recesses 31 and 32 are provided on the top surface of the resin member 30. The pressure absorbing recess 32 is located above the resistive element R, and the pressure absorbing recess 31 is located above the matching capacitive element C3.
