PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and surely control the reading of a harmful home page. SOLUTION: This home page reading controller is provided with an information terminal connecting part 5-1 connected to an information terminal 2-1, an Internet connecting part 4-1 connected to the Internet 3, and a home page reading controller main body 1-1 interposed between the information terminal connecting part 5-1 and the Internet connecting part 4-1. The home page reading controller main body 1-1 is provided with the list of harmful home pages, and when a home page requested by the information terminal 2-1 through the home page reading controller main body 1-1 is included in the list, the information terminal 2-1 inhibits the reading of the home page. The Internet 3 is connected to a server 7 for updating the list, and the home page reading controller main body 1-1 intermittently acquires the list from the server 7 through the Internet 3.
