The dispenser comprises a casing (1), a hood (2), a drum (3) and a cutting blade) inside the drum. The drum is launched by means of an eccentric and a launching and return spring located on a side of the drum. Casing side flanges (1b) support a reel of material and a pressing roller (8) provides pressure on the strip of material at a given point and a second pressure area in the cutting area of the material strip. The pressing roller is hinged and able to pivot by means of two levers (9) so that it can be in permanent contact with the reel of material and provide tension between the reel and drum. |
