PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privileged information issuance system which is suitable for promoting to users to consume consumption articles. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a users information registration DB 44 which registers users information including information specifying coupons and a print history registration DB 46 which registers print history information, and generates a print history information and stores it in the print history registration DB 46 based on the utilization of a printer 41 by the users, and determines whether the condition to issue coupons is satisfied or not based on the print history information on the print history registration DB 46. As the result, if the condition to issue the coupons is satisfied, coupons information is searched from a coupon information registration DB 48 based on the information specifying coupons of the users information registration DB 44 and the coupons information extracted by the search is issued to the users. |
