PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the operation state of production facilities having become abnormal can not be confirmed in real time although the operation state can be confirmed by reproducing images recorded by a video camera. SOLUTION: Once the illumination state of a signal tower 12 which changes its illumination state according to the operation state of the production facilities 11 is detected, the operation state of the production facilities 11 is analyzed by using the illumination state of the signal tower 12.
