<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately reflect canceled information on a user care plan, when a user cancels a certain nursing care related service which has been prearranged to be utilized by a nursing-care plan, in a nursing-care plan monitoring supporting method and a monitoring support system. SOLUTION: When the service utilization schedule (nursing-care plan) of each user is different from his utilization results (YES in S8), a care manager in charge of each user is automatically notified of the fact that the utilization schedule of each user is different from the utilization results (S9). Thus, the care manager in charge of the user can immediately reflect the canceled information on the user nursing-care plan, when the user cancels the nursing care related service prearranged to be utilized with the nursing-care plan.</p> |
