<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user confirmation system and a method capable of registering proprietor discrimination information instantly, and preventing illegal use precisely, even relative to recording mediums issued in large quantities to many and unspecified persons. SOLUTION: This user confirmation system using a recording medium capable of recording information includes a bio-information acquisition part for acquiring first bio-information relative to a user at the first using time of the recording medium, a proprietor registration part for registering the first bio-information in the recording medium by defining the user as the proprietor of the recording medium, and a proprietor confirmation part for detecting a second bio- information relative to the user at and after the second using time of the recording medium, and determining whether the user using the recording medium is the same person as the proprietor registered in the recording medium based on the first bio-information and the second bio-information.</p> |
