<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device which can markedly reduce stresses applied to a green sheet layer, etc., supported by a flexible band-like body, when a flexible band-like body is subjected to intermittent feedings. SOLUTION: Feed devices 11, 21 feed a flexible band-like body 3. When treatment for obtaining a ceramic electronic component on the flexible band-like body 3 is carried out in an intermittent feed stage 4, feed of the flexible band- like body 3 is temporarily stopped. Movable rolls 14, 24 move corresponding to feed stop of the flexible band-like body 3 in the intermittent feed stage 4. Control devices 16, 26 detect a position of the movable rolls 14, 24 and control the feed devices 11, 21, based on a position detection signal to prevent feed operation of the feed devices 11, 21 from stopping.</p> |
