<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality determining method for inspecting the presence or the absence of incomplete and non-penetration holes for each hole formed on a green sheet, and for providing information on the maintenance of a hole formation tool. SOLUTION: The feature amount in a hole of an opening is obtained for each site, where a through-hole is to be formed, the number of through-holes having a prescribed feature amount in the hole is extracted, and it is determined as to whether the maintenance inspection of the hole formation tool is required, based on prescribed logic.</p> |
