HEAT SINK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which prevents warp and is superior in heat radiation. SOLUTION: On the heat sink comprising a metal matrix (Al alloy) and a dispersion material (primary crystal Si) having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than a metal matrix dispersed in the metal matrix and provided with a heat receiving face (13) arranging an electric element being a heating element and a heat radiation face (11) radiating heat received from the heat receiving face, the dispersion material is dispersed more numerously on the heat receiving face side than the heat radiation face side. The heat sink has small warp and excellent heat radiation.
