PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform exact control by making heat response of an induction heating cooker high. SOLUTION: A temperature detection means 23 detects a temperature of a heat collecting plate 22 composed on an upper surface of the top plate 20, by arranging the temperature detection means 23 in a dent part in the undersurface of the top plate 20. By controlling electric power supplied to a heating coil 24 according to the output of the temperature detection means 23, and making the heat collecting plate 22 collect the heat of the bottom temperature of a cooking container, the induction heating cooker is enabled to perform exact temperature control. |
