PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measures to restrain a larger size of a battery unit, to enhance maintainability and to reduce deterioration of a coating function caused by electrolyte. SOLUTION: At least a part of a circuit board 11 formed by material of a higher intermolecular force than that of the electrolyte 20 is covered by a film 12 of 100μm or less in wall thickness which is formed by material of a lower intermolecular force than that of the electrolyte 20, and this film 12 is arranged in contact with a case 104 which is higher in intermolecular force than that of the electrolyte 20.
