PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board which can easily improve solder wettability, a circuit board and a battery unit using the terminal board. SOLUTION: Battery joints 31, 41 of the terminal boards 30, 40 are welded to electrodes 11, 12 of the battery 10, and the circuit board's joints 32, 42 of the terminal boards 30, 40 are joined by solder to joint pads 23, 24 of a main body of the circuit board 20. The terminal boards 30, 40 are formed by a nickel plate or a metal plate of which surface is provided with a nickel layer. The circuit board's joints 32, 42 are ground or roughened-surface processed, and the maximum surface roughness is 0.1μm or more but 500μm or less. With such constitution, the solder wettability is improved, and a strong and a stable soldered joints can be easily attained without any solder plating process. |
