PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and securely perform sectional detail drawing creating operation by greatly facilitating operation for putting components together and automatically selecting image data of units. SOLUTION: Data 21 of main components included in a sectional detail drawing are received from a CAD system 10 to obtain their feature parameters 22. A storage device 30 is stored with image data 31 of all units having different feature parameters. Feature parameters of a roof part, an underfloor part, a base part, etc., are obtained from the CAD system 10 and corresponding units are selected and connected to complete the sectional detail drawing.
