PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional terminal boards which allows connecting electric wires to the upper and a lower stage terminal part only from left side one direction that an operation with considering order of electric wire connection is required, that it takes long time for connection operation because the connection to the upper stage terminals is made, after completion of connection to the lower stage terminals, that a change in connection to the lower stage terminal cannot be made, unless the connections of the upper stage terminals are removed, and that a large space for termination work is required because the electric wires are connected from the one direction to be bulky. SOLUTION: A high density type two stage-stacked terminal board, having an upper and a lower stage terminal part 2, 3 arranged staggeredly, is provided with a means capable of working of a termination of an electric wire 4 freely from either of the upper stage terminal part 2 or the lower stage terminal part 3 is a electric wire connection work. Barrier insertion grooves 6a, 6b crossing at right angles with a connection direction of the electric wire 4 are provided on the upper stage terminal part 2 at a front and a rear part in the connection direction of the electric wire 4, and a front and a rear part barriers 5a, 5b, 5c of the widths as required are fitted in the barrier insertion grooves 6a, 6b.
