PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of magnetic head device which effectively makes the assembling process simple, reduces the cost for assembling and decreases an affect on the posture angle of a magnetic head. SOLUTION: The first adhesive 51 is applied onto a head-supporting base material 1, a FPC 3 is put on the first adhesive, and further, the magnetic head 2 is put on the FPC 3 and pushed, and then the first adhesive 51 is hardened.
