PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine and a facsimile system which improve the usability of a confidential function, when the owner of a confidential ID moves to the installing place of other facsimile machine. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine receives facsimile added with the confidentiality ID. When the received confidentiality ID matches with a confidentiality ID having a confidentiality ID transfer period and a transferring destination set, the facsimile machine stores received confidential image information in SAF and then, transfers the confidential image information with the confidentiality ID added to it to the transfer destination stored in a storage part. When an answer is required, the facsimile machine adds answer information and answer image information the answer and transmits the answer to facsimile machine having been subjected to confidential transmission. Consequently, the time for transferring and time for reporting movement are omitted, to improve the usability of the confidentiality functions.
