PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out wave length control easily in a light source apparatus capable of application to WDM with respect to the light source apparatus and a wave length controller of the light source apparatus. SOLUTION: A light source apparatus includes a plurality of laser diodes, a temperature sensor mounted in neighborhood of the laser diodes, a control loop for controlling an oscillation wave length by controlling temperatures of the laser diodes based on an output of the temperature sensor, respectively, and a means for compensating a temperature control condition of other laser diodes according to a temperature control condition of a reference laser diode selected from the laser diodes.
