SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting spilt oil and simultaneously carrying out mechanical cleaning of contaminated soil area by simultaneously mellowing, providing bacterial treatment and applying mineral fertilizers into soil by means of vehicles equipped with oil-collecting device arranged in front part thereof and connected with container for temporary storage of collected oil, and with device for mellowing oil-contaminated soil. Method is suitable for removing oil contaminants from soil on oil-refining territories, for reclaiming of soils disturbed due to failure or damage of oil pipelines. EFFECT: reduced labor and time consumption for recultivation works, increased efficiency in restoring natural view of environment and improved ecology of territories with oil extraction sites. 1 dwg
