The invitation of participation to the respective events and investigation after participation are repeated. Thus, the situations of the respective problem items for the respective prospective customers are sequentially improved compared to those at the time of registration. The customer who solves and assents to problem items the number of which is not less than the prescribed number, is extracted as objective prospective customers. Individual sales action is performed for the objective prospective customers.</p>
