PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively prove the impartiality and fairness of lot drawing in a prize system and also to reflect an applicant intention in the lot drawing. SOLUTION: The Web server 11 of a prize provider network 10 transmits prize information and multiple-choice information to a user terminal machine 20 by utilizing a communication line network 30. The inputting part 22 of the terminal machine 20 respectively inputs application information to the received prize information and designated choices to the multiple-choice information and sends the application information and the designated choices to the database dedicated server 12 of the provider network 10 via the communication line network 30 to be stored. A program dedicated server 14 subsequently fetches selection lot drawing information from the server 12 in accordance with a lot drawing start signal from a prize provider terminal 13, performs lot drawing processing on the basis of the selection lot drawing information and transmits winning/failure results to the terminal machine 20 via the network 30.
