<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of satisfaction of a requester side by efficiently making an evaluation as a hospital building, and accurately evaluating the current state. SOLUTION: A server 1 presents a diagnostic sheet picture consisting of evaluation items showing the current states of facility functions to a user terminal 5 through a network 2. The user takes a self-diagnosis of hospital facilities while referring to the diagnostic sheet picture and inputs corresponding items by selecting them. The server 1 computes evaluation points of an item selected out of those evaluation items to takes stepwise diagnoses, i.e., 1st to 3rd diagnose s having more detailed diagnostic contents and then presents an improvement plan for hospital facility functions. The server 1 when requested from the user terminal 5 to improve the hospital functions properly issue information instructing a building company 3 to take actions (detailed consultation, design consultation, etc.).</p> |
