PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where an electrode peels or disconnects at sintering as the optimum conditions for exposure and development are different depending on line thickness when the electrodes with significantly different line thickness are formed using a photo-sensitized conductive paste. SOLUTION: Related to the shape of electrode, the corner is rounded to prevent peeling of it at sintering.
