发明名称 METHOD OF INTRAPIPE ULTRASONIC TESTING
摘要 ultrasonic inspection of long-length pipe-lines. SUBSTANCE: method can be employed for detection and identification of flaws in main oil and product pipe-lines and in gas pipe-lines. Decreased capacity of data storage circuits or increased length of pipe-line inspected during single run with preset capacity of data storage circuits are achieved thanks to passing of tool-flaw detector carrying ultrasonic pickups and aids measuring, processing and storing measurement data inside pipe-line. Sounding ultrasonic pulses are emitted in process of this passage and reflected pulses corresponding to mentioned sounding pulses are received. Data on time intervals corresponding to time of passage of specified pulses are obtained and measurement data are converted and stored. In process of data conversion series of above-mentioned obtained values of time of passage of ultrasonic pulses is formed, number of obtained values of series lying in certain range of values is computed and recorded in storage circuit. In process of conversion of data region of values of certain width in which greatest number of obtained values of specified series lies is found. Specified range of values in which at least one value is related to found region of values is recorded in storage circuit as well as code unambiguously corresponding to specified region of values and/or specified range of values.
