PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an effective and accurate removal of a bridge part of a flat cable. SOLUTION: An upper mold 21 of a plate body whose peripheral edge is an upper blade 21a, is mounted on the undersurface of an elevating body 22. A lower mold 11 having a through hole 13 whose positioning groove for a cable 30 and peripheral edge are a lower blade 13a, is buried in a base plate 1 side directly below the upper mold 21. A cable pressor 24 of the plate body is dangled from a cable pressor holder 25 provided on the elevating body 22 and always biased downward with a spring so as to locate the lower end of the cable pressor 24 on the side lower than the lower end of the upper mold 21. When punching the bridge part, the cable pressor 24 presses and fixes the cable 30 prior to the upper mold 21. After being punched, the cable 30 is pressed until the upper mold 21 separates from the cable 30, thereby preventing the cable 30 from being lifted together with the upper mold 21. |
