PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that can restrain the capacity increase of a memory storing print data represented by PDL or the like or image data after development, and can prevent the productivity degradation. SOLUTION: In the image formation device that converts the print data represented by PDL (page description language) or the like into image data for image formation, on the occasion of storing the pictorial data into a print data memory 421 to form plural sets of images, whether the image data is to be stored in PDL format or image data format is determined for each image by referring to the data amount of the image data and the data amount of the image data after the conversion to judge if a predetermined condition is satisfied or not. |
