PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a good image for iris recognition by allowing a user 4 to move his face by himself, in front of an iris image pickup camera at the upper part of a display and set the positioning therewith, without being conscious of looking into the camera for iris recognition. SOLUTION: An information display part 1 displays information which the user 4 should visually recognize, a sight direction restricting part 2 restricts the direction of the line of sight, in which the user 4 can visibly recognize the information from the information display part 1 and a living body image capture part 3 picks up the image of the living body from the user 4, located in the direction of the line of sight restricted by the sight direction restricting part 2. |
