PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and surely synchronize the times of terminals constituting a network. SOLUTION: An in-HUB clock part 5 is provided in a time synchronizing HUB 1 which, housing a plurality of terminals 2-1, 2-2 to 2-n, constitutes a network. A radio clock 33 and a telephone clock 43, acquired from a radio receiving part 31 and a telephone receiving part 41, respectively, are used, or the average time of them is used, to update the in-HUB clock 5. The time of updated in-HUB clock 5, together with the device information of the clock synthesizing HUB 1, are supplied when a time is required from the terminal while the time of in-HUB clock 5 before updating is supplied, if no time is acquired and no updating is performed. Thus, time information is acquired, independently of the installation environment of the network for time synchronization with no errors. |
