<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear-surface protective sheet for solar cell, having various required functions, i.e., heat resistance, weather resistance, moisture resistance, and others, produced by laminating a low-cost heat resistant, weather resistant plastic film of polyester resin. SOLUTION: A heat resistant, weather resistant plastic film of polyester resin, having intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 (dl/g) or above and cyclic trimer content of 0.5 wt.% or lower is provided, on one side thereof, with a thin film layer of inorganic oxide, which is then laminated with other heat resistant, weather resistant plastic film of the same resin.</p> |
