<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production plan which is optimum on the whole at a high speed within a limited time. SOLUTION: By this method, a specific number of solid bodies having as gene information the information of a lot production candidate including load information of a facility use time and an operation time are generated and gene operation is carried out for the respective solid bodies; and the solid bodies are loaded together and evaluated, the gene operation and evaluation are repeated until an end decision result is obtained to generate a plan candidate as a solid-body group, and the plan candidate having the best evaluation value among finally obtained plan candidates is searched for. A time bucket is set to multiple days first and plan candidates with optimum evaluation values are searched for by performing the solid-body generation, gene operation, loading, evaluation, and search for the plan candidates with the optimum evaluation values; and then the time bucket is set to one day and the plan candidate with the optimum evaluation value is searched for by performing the solid-body generation, gene operation, loading, evaluation, and search for the plan candidate with the optimum evaluation value. Here, a system is disclosed which implements this method.</p> |
