<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing system in which a small number of production engineers can improve productivity integrally including a subcontractor maker and a tool maker. SOLUTION: This part manufacturing work improvement system by an element part analyzing method divides the machining work of respective components of a product consisting of many kinds of parts into working elements, classifies the respective divided working elements in each different function to concentrate the working elements into the element part of each working function common to the components, applies a work analysis and work improvement to the respective concentrated element parts, and stores the work improvement data of each element part in a server. A part manufacturing site or a production technique side having the working elements of the respective corresponding element parts reads the work improvement data stored in the server via a communication network and utilizes the work improvement data for the work improvement of the respective processing elements.</p> |
