<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a display direction of an image with one operation in connection with the opening/closing angle of an image displaying part in a portable personal computer in which a main body is formed integrally with the image displaying part. SOLUTION: The opening/closing angle of the image displaying part 2, i.e., the angle of a hinge 3 is not larger than a fixed angle when an operator usually uses the portable personal computer, and its angle decision signal S2 is transmitted to a display controlling part 4 from the hinge 3. Then, the controlling part 4 displays the image of the displaying part 2 in a normal direction (namely, the direction where the operator looks at the image) on the basis of the signal S2 to the effect that the angle of the hinge 3 is not larger than the fixed angle. Next, in the case the image is presented to a person to be explained who faces the operator, an angle decision signal S2 to the effect that the opening/closing angle of the displaying part 2, namely the angle of the hinge 3 is not smaller than the fixed opening/closing angle is transmitted to the controlling part 4 from the hinge 3 because the angle of the hinge 3 is not smaller than the fixed angle, and the image of the displaying part 3 is displayed in the opposite direction. Thus, the person to be explained who is at the opposite side from the operator can look at the image in a normal direction.</p> |
