<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure which allowed easy assembly of a pressing device 17a to a cable connection part. SOLUTION: A plurality of locking protrusions 47 are provided on the outer peripheral the end surface at the tip of a connecting cylinder 44 constituting the pressing device 17a. At a part of an end plate 9a fixed to the end of a joint cylinder 3, recessed grooves for locking 50, 50 which lock freely with the locking protrusions 47 are provided. By locking each of the protrusions 47 with each of the grooves 50, 50, the pressing device 17a is coupled with the end plates 9a. After these are coupled, by relaxing the tightening of the nuts 46, 46 thread to the tips of the guide rods 42, 42, a pressing sleeve 19 is advanced and the premolded insulator 18 is pressed by the pressing sleeve 19.</p> |
