摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of increase in the output ripple voltages, which occurs by the input capacity of a switching element (Q1) if a load increases, when intermittent oscillation operation in a standby power reducing means is adopted, if starting resistance is made higher to reduce standby power. SOLUTION: A switching power device is provided with a transformer (T), and a switching element (Q1) which is connected in series to a primary winding (NP) and to a primary DC power circuit, with its control terminal being connected to a feedback winding (NB) through a control circuit (A). The control terminal of the switching device (Q1) is connected to the feedback winding (NB) through an output ripple reducing circuit (B), and the reducing circuit (B) reduces increase of output ripple voltages caused by increasing a first starting resistance value (R1) and a second starting resistance value (R2) to reduce standby power.
