PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can execute easily setting operation en block to a network device, with respect to management items capable of setting in common, in the same kind of network devices and network devices connected with the same network. SOLUTION: This network-managing equipment M is provided with a management information table 1, in which management information whose data type is regulated is stored, an equipment list table 3, in which identification information of network devices D capable of common setting of the management information, and a data table 2 where common setting is possible or impossible. In the data table 2, common division information showing whether the common setting between the network devices and the set values are stored, corresponding to the management information of the information table 1. A common data setting means Ma reads selectively the set values concerning the management information capable of common setting, from the data table 2, and distributes the set values sequentially to all the devices D stored in the list table 3.
