PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize INTELSAT satellite communication system which is a general system for reduce system cost of a ground station, by grasping surplus power in performance for each sub-system at designing and manufacturing stages. SOLUTION: Related to the INTELSAT international satellite communication system, a ground station uses a parabolic antenna whose diameter is 7.0-7.9 m for standard B station standard communication.
