PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit having a small jitter. SOLUTION: In the oscillation circuit, a load capacity CL of the circuit is set to a value near a parallel capacity C0 (C0=3.36 [pF] in the graph) of the oscillator. Further, the frequency of the circuit is set to a value lower than the frequency when a negative resistance in the frequency-negative resistance characteristic curve in the circuit is at its peak.
