PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure superior shield performance by a simple configuration in the connection between a shield cable and an electronic unit. SOLUTION: A terminal fitting 16 is fixed to the terminal of a plurality of electric wires covered with a braid 10 for shielding, and a shield case 30 is connected to the braid 10 for shielding for fixing. Each electric wire terminal is inserted into a unit housing 40 of an electronic unit from the outside for connecting to a circuit inside the housing, and the shield case 30 is fixed onto the external surface of the unit housing 40, thus covering the connection between each electric wire 12 and the unit housing 40 from the outside, and at the same time grounding the shield case 30 and braid 10 for shielding through the unit housing 40.
