METHOD FOR UNITARILY MANAGING GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION AND USER DATABASE BY COMPUTER NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a data point or to display attribute information concerning that data point while referring to map data installed in a server machine without necessity to move a user database managed by a client machine to the outside. SOLUTION: This method unitarily manages a function for referring to a map installed in the server machine by exchanging a data ID and a latitude/ longitude coordinate value expressing the geographical information between the client machine and the server machine by saving only a position information database composed of the data ID and the latitude/longitude coordinate value in the server machine and a function for referring to the database managed by the client machine.
