PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bid system of high reliability and fairness, capable of executing a bid which both of a seller and a buyer can satisfy. SOLUTION: This bit system comprises the seller 1 providing goods for sale, the buyer 2 presenting a purchase condition to the goods, a money paying and receiving means 3 mediating between the seller 1 and the buyer 2 on the payment and reception of money, and a bidding means 4 comparing the bidding conditions of buyers 2 participating in the bid, and determining a successful bid or an unsuccessful bid. As the money is not directly paid and received between the buyer 2 and the seller 1, but through an eco-bank 3, the trouble on the money such that the buyer 2 getting the successful bid does not pay the money can be prevented. As the bit is made only by the buyers 2 paying the security money, the bit can be made only by the identified persons, which improves the reliability and the fairness in the bit. |
