PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a device for mediating a transaction, capable of freely selecting a broadcasting software desired to broadcast by widening the latitude of its selection. SOLUTION: In this transaction mediating system provided with a provider terminal to provide a software for a broadcasting program, a broadcasting station terminal to broadcast the software for the broadcasting program and to provide a broadcasting timeframe for a commercial, a commercial requester terminal to request for broadcasting the commercial, and a transaction mediating device connected to the provider terminal, the broadcasting station terminal, and the commercial requester terminal through a network to mediate the transaction of the software for the broadcasting program and the commercial broadcasting timeframe, the broadcasting station terminal provides the commercial timeframe in compensation for the software for broadcasting program provided. |
