PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system whereby a job offerer can secure a required talent in a short time by a simple procedure and a low cost, and a job hunter can obtain evaluation of her/his own aptitude by a simple procedure and develop an aggressive job hunting activity. SOLUTION: This support system has a job offer information inputting means to make a job offerer input information about her/himself and hiring requirements through a communication line, a job hunting information inputting means to make a job hunter input information about her/himself and working conditions, and to make her/him answer to questions given relating to an aptitude inspection through the communication line, an analyzing means to analyze the answer to the aptitude inspection inputted, a job hunter retrieving means to retrieve a job hunter in compliance with the hiring conditions of the job offerer, a means of informing the job offerer of the information about the job hunter her/himself, the working conditions, and the analyzed result through the communication line, a job offerer retrieving means to retrieve a job offerer in compliance with the working conditions of the job hunter and the analyzed result of the job hunter, and a means to inform the job hunter of the information about the job offerer her/himself, the hiring conditions, and the analyzed result of the job hunter through the communication line. |
