<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin for large-sized transformer on which insulation distances can be secured easily, without requiring skillfulness, between upper and lower windings, etc., and which is stabilized in quality and can easily cope with the design conditions. SOLUTION: This bobbin for large-sized transformer is constituted with a molded spacer for securing insulation distance being combined with a molded bobbin, and a lower winding is provided inside the spacer. Then an upper winding is provided on the outer peripheries of the spacer and lower winding. Therefore, the insulation distances can be secured forcibly and easily between the upper winding and a core and between the upper and lower windings. In addition, several kinds of spacers, having different sizes are prepared so that the optimum one, may be used, according to the design conditions.</p> |
