PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack, wherein the circumference of a sleeve electrode (201) is covered without separately installing an extra cylindrical sleeve fittings and further a sleeve terminal (3) is electrically connected surely to the sleeve electrode (201). SOLUTION: At the sleeve terminal (3), a mounting plate (32) mounted by being covered and installed in a jack housing (2), and a pair of curving spring pieces (33), supported by a cantilever mounting plate (32), are installed. The sleeve contact cylindrical part (34), which is made to be cylindrical by letting the inner surfaces of the one pair of curvature spring pieces (33) oppose to each other, is arranged and installed so that the cylindrical central axis is nearly coaxial with the central axis of a plug insertion hole (23). The plug (200), inserted into the plug insertion hole (23), is penetrated through a sleeve contact cylindrical part (34), and a sleeve electrode (201) and the sleeve terminal (3) are brought into an elastic contact.
