PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp house and a light emitting device, used safer than before, wherein an optical axis is easily adjusted. SOLUTION: There are provided a reflecting mirror 44 which reflects a part of the light emitted by a lamp 4, an outer case 8 which comprises an exit window 12 through which, so provided as to face the reflecting mirror 44 across the lamp 4, the light emitted by the lamp 4 and the reflection light reflected on the reflecting mirror 44 exit, and an ultraviolet ray cut filter 84 which cuts the ultraviolet ray contained in the light emitted by the lamp 4 and the reflection light reflected on the reflecting mirror 44. An aperture member 90 is allowed to be fitted which comprises an aperture 92 whose open area is smaller than the exit window 12 and through which the light emitted by the lamp 4 and the reflection light pass.
