PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute processing of authentication/reference/update without depending on an authentication/reference based traffic. SOLUTION: The system comprises: end users 1-1 to 1-3 for sending out request of authentication/reference/update through FEP 2-1 to 2-3; a master control server 4 comprising a master DB 4-3 for storing client information, and updating contents of the master DB 4-3 on the basis of an update request from the end users 1-1 to 1-3; a cache server 3 comprising a reference DB 3-3 for storing a replica of the master DB 4-3, and answering to the request of authentication/reference from the end users 1-1 to 1-3 on the basis of contents of the reference DB 3-3; and a relay server 5 for transferring replication of an updating difference information from the master control server 4 to the cache server 3. The cache server 3 updates the contents of the reference DB 3-3 on the basis of the replication of the updating difference information.
