PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system by which its adopting cost borne by a can be reduced by eliminating needs that all private branch exchanges(PBXs) are provided respectively with a talky device in the network system such as the talky device for providing an announcement service through a network composed of plural PBXs. SOLUTION: On an enterprise network N10 composed of PBXs P10-P20, the management (registration, change and deletion) of a network common database N1 is performed from a maintenance terminal MT to one PBX, for example P10, and distributed to all the other PBXs P11-P20 and the database N1 is shared. The talky information stored in the respective PBX P10-P20 is stored in the network common database N1, and can be shared by the PBXs P10-P20 by retrieving the database N1.
