SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave shield material 1 is formed of pressed metal foil, and ribs 2 and 4A formed by projecting part (flat part 2a) of the flat surface of the metal foil in the sectional direction of the metal foil, air vents 3, and a wound outer peripheral edge 1a.
